JOB DESCRIPTION

The Coordinator: Pregnant & Teen mothers' Support Group will:

• Be responsible for the management of our pregnant & teen mothers' support group.

• Develop and implement interventions and supports in response to the varying and emerging needs of participating pregnant and teenage moms

• Explore the possibility and coordinate home visits

• Promote and support positive parent/child relationships among teenage moms and their families with children from 0-3 years

• Support teen girls in the ante-natal and post-natal periods

• Provide written reports as required including quarterly reports

• Maintain accurate and confidential records.

TIME REQUIRED

Maximum of 2 hours/week.
